He is obsessed with efficiency, cleanliness, and the temperature being exactly 72 degrees.

The Special Delivery But the peace is shattered when his daughter Janie (Madeline Carroll), now a rugged zoologist in Antarctica, uncovers a threat. A rival energy conglomerate, “Black Gold Corp,” plans to drill right through the penguins’ mating grounds. With nowhere else to turn, she ships Captain, Loudy, Bitey, and their unruly, teenage offspring straight to Grandpa Popper’s doorstep. The reunion is chaotic.
