Plot Summary

Deep in the Mariana Trench, 7 miles beneath the ocean surface, a group of scientists and engineers work at the Kepler underwater drilling station, extracting resources from the ocean floor. But when a catastrophic earthquake devastates their facility, mechanical engineer Norah Price (Kristen Stewart) and her surviving crew members must fight for survival as they attempt to reach an escape pod.

As the team navigates through the collapsed and flooding corridors of the station, they soon realize that something far more terrifying than the ocean’s crushing pressure is stalking them. Strange, unidentified creatures lurk in the darkness, hunting the survivors one by one. What began as a desperate escape turns into a horrifying fight against an unknown deep-sea terror.
