The Descent is an intense and claustrophobic horror thriller that takes fear to terrifying new depths. Directed by Neil Marshall, the film follows a group of six adventurous women who embark on a caving expedition in the Appalachian Mountains. However, their adventure turns into a nightmare when they become trapped in an uncharted cave system.
As they struggle to find a way out, tensions rise, and their worst fears come to life—not just from the darkness surrounding them, but from the horrifying, flesh-eating creatures lurking within the cave. These monstrous predators, known as Crawlers, hunt them one by one, forcing the women to rely on their instincts, survival skills, and each other to escape.
