Plot Summary
After a personal tragedy, thrill-seeker Sarah (Shauna Macdonald) joins five friends — Juno (Natalie Mendoza), Beth (Alex Reid), Sam (MyAnna Buring), Rebecca (Saskia Mulder), and Holly (Nora-Jane Noone) — for a caving expedition in the Appalachian Mountains.
What begins as an adventurous reunion quickly turns into a nightmare when they become trapped in an unexplored cave system after a collapse blocks their exit. As they struggle to navigate the labyrinthine tunnels, they discover they are not alone.The cave is home to terrifying, flesh-eating creatures known as “Crawlers” that hunt using sound.
With trust unraveling and primal survival instincts kicking in, the women face not only the monstrous creatures but also the darkness within themselves.
